Tech Administrator Organization (TAO) ensures that company hardware, software, and network systems operate effectively and efficiently. TAO is also responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing company assets, and maintaining accurate documentation on hardware, software, and user support procedures.
Help Desk Support: Providing first-level support for technical issues such as hardware, software, and network problems via phone, email, or live on-site support.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, including configuring, testing, and deploying new hardware and software systems.
Maintenance: Maintaining and updating company hardware and software systems, including regular maintenance and upgrades.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on hardware, software, and user support procedures.
User Support: Providing technical support to end-users, including resolving technical issues and answering questions related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Asset Management: Tracking and managing company hardware and software assets, including maintaining an accurate inventory and tracking licenses and warranties.
Training: Training end-users on hardware, software, and network-related topics.
Vendor Management: Managing vendor contracts for hardware and software equipment and services.
Disaster Recovery: Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of a technical failure or other emergency.
